Refund Policy

Applies to Risk Assessment subscriptions. Last updated: April 2026.

This policy explains when refunds may be available for subscriptions purchased through Risk Assessment. It applies to digital access only and does not cover third-party processing fees where those fees are non-refundable under the processor's own terms.

When a refund may be approved

  • The service is genuinely defective and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • A charge was made in error.
  • A refund is required by Australian Consumer Law.

When a refund will not normally be approved

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Lack of usage or failure to use the service.
  • Misunderstanding of the product features or subscription terms.
  • Partial billing periods that have already started.

How to request a refund

Email riskassessment@getcompliai.com.au from your account email address within 7 days of the charge. Include your subscription details, proof of payment, and a clear description of the issue so we can investigate.

Cancellations

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing only. It does not reverse payments already processed unless the refund criteria above are met.
